Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead Java Full Stack Developer with AI expertise to design, develop, and implement scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, modern frontend technologies, and Generative AI integration.

The candidate will lead technical development initiatives, build high-performance applications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-level solutions.

Required Technical Skills

  • Strong experience with Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.

  • Extensive knowledge of Microservices Architecture.

  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and SOAP Web Services.

  • Strong experience with Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate, and JPA.

  • Frontend development experience with Angular and React.

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

  • Experience with Generative AI and AI integration.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and integration.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Java full-stack applications.

  • Develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

  • Build responsive frontend applications using Angular and React.

  • Integrate Generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications.

  • Design, develop, and maintain secure REST APIs and web services.

  • Lead application modernization and legacy system migration initiatives.

  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders.

  • Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.

  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams.

Candidate Requirements

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience.

  • Strong hands-on experience in Java Full Stack development.

  • Proven experience in leading enterprise application development.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.

  • Must be available to work onsite in New York City, NY.

  • US Candidates Only.
