The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their location.
• Handle a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and pre-MOT checks.
• Manage personal stock, complete field reports, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Represent the company with professionalism and provide advice to customers.
• Work independently to solve diverse vehicle issues encountered daily.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years' practical experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles.
• A valid UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
