Educational Technology Support Technician

We are seeking an Educational Technology Support Technician to provide technical support for instructional technologies and learning platforms in a higher education environment. This role will support faculty, troubleshoot LMS and educational technology issues, manage support tickets, develop training materials, conduct training sessions, update WordPress websites, and create documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, communication, troubleshooting, and instructional technology support experience.
