Forward Deployed AI Engineer

Role Summary

We seek an experienced Forward Deployed AI Engineer to partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions. This role owns the full solution lifecycle from requirements through deployment and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI and GenAI initiatives from requirements to production.
• Build agentic AI, RAG, GraphRAG, and automation solutions.
• Develop enterprise AI pipelines and orchestration workflows.
• Deploy solutions using Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Implement observability, governance, security, and compliance controls.
• Lead UAT, production readiness, and post-production support.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field.
• 8+ years of software, data, or AI engineering experience.
• 3+ years delivering enterprise Generative AI solutions.
• Experience in regulated industries such as Financial Services.
• Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.

• Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, RAG, GraphRAG, Prompt Engineering
• Python, SQL, REST APIs
• AWS Bedrock, Lambda, S3, Glue, Athena, EMR
• Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Jenkins
• Snowflake, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, Pinecone
• Datadog, Grafana, CloudWatch, LangSmith
• RBAC, PII Masking, Audit Trails and Model Governance

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in AI or related field.
• Financial Services domain experience.
• AWS or Databricks certifications.
• Experience leading engineering teams and mentoring developers.
