The Role

• Provide individual and activating social support to residents.
• Prepare and conduct individual and group activities with residents.
• Assist residents with daily living activities.
• Implement care documentation and planning.
• Maintain close contact with residents, their families, and medical professionals.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance measures.
• Contribute to the professional guidance and development of care support staff, trainees, and interns.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a geriatric or general care nurse.
• Additional qualification as a Gerontopsychiatric Specialist.
