Key Tasks: DCCA is hiring cleared Systems Engineers (SE) of all experience levels for a variety of current and new contracts in the Annapolis Junction/Fort Meade area, supporting the DoD/Intelligence Community!

Required Skills:

• We are looking for team members who are highly motivated to support the national security mission and interested in being part of a growing organization
• Desire to learn new techniques or use a new tool, or strengthen an existing skillset
• Work as part of a team, or even lead a team of other engineers
• Provide and implement recommendations for complex systems
• Analyzes user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Analyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities. Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies.
• Provides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology. Incorporates new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations.
• Develops technical documentation.
• Develops system Architecture and system design documentation.
• Guides system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.
• Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• SETA experience A majority of positions fall within the following experience guidelines:
• SE 0 - no demonstrated experience required with Bachelor's degree in a technically relevant field
• SE 1 - 7+ years relevant experience and Bachelor's degree; in lieu of degree, 12 years of experience
• SE 2 - 14+ years relevant experience and Bachelor's degree; in lieu of degree, 19 years of experience
• SE 3 - 20+ years relevant experience and Bachelor's degree; in lieu of degree, 25 years of experience

Desired Skills:

• Experience working in an Agile development team/environment, conducting sprint planning, etc.

• DevOps Required Education / Certifications: Bachelor's Degree in a technically relevant field The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is 70,000 to 258,000.

Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
