Job Description

Title: .Net Software Engineer

Location: Atlanta, GSA

Duration: Full Time

Required Qualifications
Healthcare Domain Experience
● 8+ years of software engineering experience.
● 4+ years building healthcare SaaS applications.
● Strong understanding of Medicare care management programs:
o CCM
o RPM
o RTM
o PCM
o TCM
o BHI
● Experience implementing CPT code-based billing workflows.
● Knowledge of CMS reimbursement policies and healthcare revenue cycle management.
Technical Skills
● Strong experience with:
o C#
o .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
o REST APIs
o SQL Server or MySQL
o One of AI Coding Tools: Augment Code. Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot
● Experience with:
o Azure or AWS cloud platforms
o Microservices architecture
o Event-driven systems
o CI/CD pipelines
o Docker and Kubernetes
● Experience with:
o Entity Framework
o Message queues
o Distributed systems
Integration Experience
● FHIR APIs
● HL7 v2
● Healthcare interoperability standards
● EHR integration architecture
Quality & Delivery
