Sr. IT Project Manager - IT PMO - SAP/Manu

This Sr. IT Project Manager opportunity offers the chance to lead cross-functional workstreams, support strategic objectives, and contribute to meaningful enterprise initiatives in a collaborative setting.
Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution from planning through implementation and post-launch support
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and delivery milestones
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party partners to keep workstreams aligned and progressing
• Identify, track, and help resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Monitor project health and provide timely status updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure project activities align with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory expectations
• Facilitate quality reviews and lessons learned to support continuous improvement
• Oversee budget and schedule commitments to help keep initiatives on track
• Support portfolio, program, and project management best practices across the organization
• Promote a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team environment

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• PMP certification required
• Strong experience with project and portfolio management methodologies
• Proficiency with PPM and reporting/dashboard tools
• Background in change management, risk management, and project governance
• Proven success leading matrixed teams in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to translate technical details into clear business language
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to balance competing priorities
• Self-directed work style with the ability to perform independently
