AI Product Specialist

We are looking for an AI Product Specialist to help turn real world industrial problems into practical AI solutions.

This role would suit someone with hands-on experience in manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, operations, field service, aerospace, energy, utilities, or another industrial environment who understands how work actually gets done.

You'll work closely with customers and product teams to identify time consuming, repetitive or inefficient processes that could be improved through AI. You'll help shape workflows, test whether the AI is producing useful and accurate results, and demonstrate the potential business impact to customers.

You'll have:

• Strong experience in an industrial, manufacturing or operational environment
• A good understanding of processes, workflows and the challenges faced by frontline teams
• An interest in AI and how it can automate repetitive work and improve productivity
• The ability to communicate with both operational teams and technical/product teams
• A practical, evidence-based approach to solving problems
