Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ALIP Configurator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring ALIP products, managing policy and billing setups, validating configurations through testing, and supporting deployment activities. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure ALIP products, business rules, and workflows based on requirements.
• Manage and maintain policy administration and billing configurations.
• Perform thorough validation and testing of configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support deployment activities, including release management and post-deployment validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and QA teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and organizational standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 9 years of experience in ALIP configuration or similar policy administration platforms.
• Strong understanding of insurance domain concepts, especially policy and billing.
• Hands-on experience with configuring rules, workflows, and product setups.
• Experience in testing and validating system configurations.
• Ability to support deployment and release cycles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Exposure to system integration and data migration processes.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in policy administration systems.
