Job Description

Ready to embark on the quest of joining Hack The Box?

At the end of this thrilling journey, you'll become a proud member of Hack The Box, with the ultimate mission to help cybersecurity professionals and organizations enhance their cyber-attack readiness. Get ready for an exciting adventure into the world of cybersecurity! 🚀🔒💻

✨The core mission of the EMEA Field Marketing Manager:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead Hack The Box’s field marketing strategy across Europe, with a primary focus on the commercial and enterprise markets.

You will serve as the strategic marketing partner to the EMEA Sales organization, building integrated regional programs that generate demand, deepen engagement within priority accounts, accelerate opportunities, and contribute to pipeline and revenue.

This role is broader than event marketing. Events will be one component of a coordinated regional strategy that also includes account-based marketing, digital campaigns, webinars, executive programs, partner activation, customer marketing, content, and sales plays.

During your first six months, you will focus on developing the EMEA marketing strategy, building strong relationships with Sales, identifying regional priorities and target accounts, launching initial campaigns, and establishing a consistent approach to reporting and optimization.

🏢 Location & Work Mode:

  • Europe (EoR - Employee of Record through Deel) OR Athens, Greece (we'll support your relocation)
  • If in Athens, Greece: Hybrid (2 days in office)
  • Full time

✈️ Relocation

  • We offer a 10% relocation bonus on the annual salary to support your move.
  • In addition, you would benefit from a 50% tax reduction on your income as part of the relocation.
  • We'll support you with accommodation during the first few weeks

🍺 The fellowship you’ll be joining:

Reporting to the Global Director of Field Marketing, you will join Hack The Box’s global marketing organization and collaborate closely with Demand Generation, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, Digital, Brand, Communications, Customer Marketing, and Marketing Operations.

You will be a key partner to EMEA Sales leadership, account executives, business development representatives, solutions engineers, and channel teams. You will help connect global marketing priorities with the needs of the region and operate as the marketing lead for your market.

🚀 The adventures that await you after becoming an EMEA Field Marketing Manager

  • Own the EMEA field marketing strategy from ideation and planning through execution, measurement, and optimization.
  • Partner with EMEA Sales leadership to develop quarterly and annual marketing plans aligned with regional pipeline, revenue, and account goals.
  • Build integrated regional campaigns using account-based marketing, digital programs, content, webinars, executive engagement, partner initiatives, customer advocacy, and strategic events.
  • Translate global campaigns into relevant regional programs based on EMEA market needs, sales priorities, buyer challenges, and competitive trends.
  • Develop account-based programs for priority enterprise accounts and strategic opportunities.
  • Create marketing plays that help Sales open doors, engage additional buying-group members, progress opportunities, and re-engage stalled or closed-lost accounts.
  • Partner with Business Development and Sales to establish clear lead follow-up plans, campaign activation strategies, and shared success metrics.
  • Develop audience-specific programs for CISOs, security leaders, technical practitioners, talent-development leaders, and other members of the buying committee.
  • Build regional webinar, roundtable, executive-engagement, and thought-leadership programs that position Hack The Box as a leader in cyber workforce readiness.
  • Create coordinated pre-event, onsite, and post-event campaigns that extend the value of trade shows and field programs.
  • Work with Partner Marketing to develop joint campaigns that generate demand and pipeline with strategic channel and technology partners.
  • Collaborate with Customer Marketing to feature customer stories, support expansion opportunities, and build regional advocacy.
  • Manage the EMEA field marketing budget and make investment recommendations based on strategic importance and expected business impact.
  • Establish clear goals for every program, including target-account engagement, lead quality, pipeline creation, opportunity acceleration, and influenced revenue.
  • Communicate campaign plans, performance, insights, and next steps consistently to Sales and Marketing stakeholders.
  • Analyze results and sales feedback to improve audience targeting, messaging, channel selection, and future investments.
  • Maintain visibility into regional market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.

What success looks like

  • A clear, scalable, and measurable EMEA field marketing strategy is in place.
  • Sales and Marketing are aligned around regional priorities, target accounts, programs, and goals.
  • Integrated campaigns create qualified pipeline and influence revenue.
  • Engagement increases within priority accounts and across key buying groups.
  • Marketing programs support both new-logo acquisition and opportunity acceleration.
  • Regional events operate as part of broader campaigns with measurable pre-event and post-event outcomes.
  • Program insights are consistently used to optimize the marketing mix and regional investment strategy.

🏆 Skills, knowledge, and experience points required to unlock the role of EMEA Field Marketing Manager:

  • At least five years of B2B marketing experience, including field marketing, demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), or integrated campaigns.
  • Experience marketing enterprise SaaS or technology solutions; cybersecurity experience is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success building regional, multi-channel marketing programs that contribute to pipeline generation, opportunity acceleration, and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, account-based marketing, buying groups, and opportunity acceleration, with a track record of working closely with Sales, Business Development, Partner, and Customer Success teams.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, ABM, analytics, and reporting platforms such as HubSpot. Experience using AI-powered marketing tools to improve campaign planning, content development, audience targeting, personalization, and performance analysis is highly desirable.
  • Ability to develop marketing strategies aligned with business objectives while remaining hands-on in campaign execution. Strong project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, budgets, and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills, with a creative, adaptable approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced global organization.
