• Lead and support the neurological early rehabilitation station A0 team in operational management.
• Plan staff schedules, vacation time, and coordinate workflows with economic considerations and process optimization.
• Foster staff development through targeted training and professional education initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments and professional groups, and lead projects.
• Actively participate in direct patient care, providing hands-on support to the team.

• *What You'll Need**
• Qualified as a licensed nurse (e.g., in general or geriatric nursing) with several years of experience in neurological early rehabilitation.
• A qualification as a ward manager or in comparable leadership roles is desirable.
• High initiative, professional competence, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent engagement, flexibility, assertiveness, and economic understanding.
• Strong team player, proficient with modern hospital information systems, and committed to continuous learning.
