We are looking for a Beauty Therapist to join our Maison Valmont in Munich and help us keep this standard of excellence in skincare expertise and service.

In this role, you will perform professional cabin treatments with precision and care, offer personalized skincare consultations, and support sales by sharing the Valmont story and building lasting relationships with client.

Key Responsibilities

• Embody the Valmont values, grooming standards and customer-first attitude as a true brand ambassador

• Perform scheduled cabin treatments and offer thoughtful after-sales care to build lasting client relationships

• Learn and apply product knowledge, including benefits and application techniques

• Keep the Maison clean, beautifully presented and well stocked

• Understand each guest’s needs and recommend skincare products and treatments that suit their preferences

• Ensure smooth operations through accurate use of the POS system and our retail procedures

Skills Required

• Fluency in German and English

• Product knowledge and application techniques

• Confident use of the POS system and digital tools

• Visual merchandising and counter care

• Sales and clienteling techniques

• Cabin treatment and spa service delivery

Training and Qualifications

• Beautician or Esthetician diploma or certification (required)

• Previous experience in a similar luxury retail or spa role

• A passion for luxury beauty and skincare
