Position Summary
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Data Architect Thought Leadership   to define and drive the organization''s enterprise data strategy. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strategic thinking to design scalable, secure, and modern data architectures that enable business transformation, AI, analytics, and digital innovation.
Beyond architecture, this role serves as a thought leader who influences technology direction, champions data best practices, mentors engineering teams, and collaborates with business and executive stakeholders to maximize the value of enterprise data assets.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Data Architecture
  • Define and maintain the enterprise data architecture roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Design scalable, cloud-native data platforms supporting analytics, AI/ML, and operational workloads.
  • Establish architecture standards, design principles, and reusable data patterns.
  • Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models across enterprise domains.
  • Drive modernization initiatives, including migration from legacy platforms to cloud-based ecosystems.
Thought Leadership
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders on enterprise data strategy.
  • Influence technology decisions through architectural vision and innovation.
  • Mentor architects, engineers, and technical leads on modern data architecture practices.
  • Lead technical communities of practice and promote engineering excellence.
  • Represent the organization in architecture forums, conferences, and industry discussions where appropriate.
  • Publish architecture standards, white papers, best practices, and reusable frameworks.
