Job Description
◆ Washington, DC (Hybrid) ◆ Reports to Data Practice Lead ◆ Full-Time
Design and implement robust data solutions that power our analytics and AI initiatives, translating business needs into scalable models and pipelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and maintain data models, schemas, and pipelines across cloud platforms.
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes for reliable, high-quality data.
- Implement data governance, quality, and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and engineers.
- Integrate diverse data sources into centralized platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years in data engineering or data architecture.
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
- Hands-on with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Modern warehouses/lakes (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift).
- Familiarity with orchestration tools (Airflow, dbt).
