Junior Electrical Design Engineer

Junior/Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer Location: Remote, with site visits as required. Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent or Contract Job Summary: The Junior/Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer will support the Electrical Engineering team across a range of high-tech construction projects. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow technically and professionally. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing electrical designs under the supervision of senior engineers.
• Support the creation of technical drawings, calculations, and documentation.
• Ensure all work complies with industry standards, regulations, and company procedures.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality designs.
• Participate in site activities such as inspections and surveys.
• Provide technical input during construction and commissioning stages.
• Take an active role in ongoing training and professional development initiatives.
• Participate in mentorship programmes to build a strong foundation in electrical engineering principles and practices. Qualifications and Skills:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, B=Tech, HNC or related discipline.
• Strong interest in electrical design within the construction sector.
• Familiarity with design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical calculation software) is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, self motivated, proactive and a learning-oriented mindset. Relationships:
