  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with private equity sponsors and corporate clients, acting as a trusted senior point of contact
  3. Structure and negotiate financing packages, working closely with credit, legal, syndicate, and other internal stakeholders
  4. Lead and mentor junior team members, contributing to the development of analysts and associates
  5. Prepare and present credit papers, pitch materials, and internal approvals to senior management and credit committees
  6. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments relevant to the leveraged finance landscape
  7. Support the wider team's strategic growth agenda, identifying new business opportunities and cross-selling potential

  4. Established relationships with private equity sponsors and/or corporate clients
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the gravitas to operate at senior levels internally and externally

  7. Relevant degree and professional qualifications (e.g. CFA) advantageous but not essential
