Senior DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to lead platform architecture, modernization, automation, and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS, Databricks, and AI automation, along with a proven ability to design scalable, secure, reliable, and high-performing enterprise platforms.

This role requires technical leadership, architectural decision-making, and close collaboration with engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, security, and application teams to deliver modern, automated, and resilient technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Architecture & Design: Define and maintain end-to-end platform architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
• Solution Architecture: Design solutions leveraging cloud platforms, data technologies, integration frameworks, APIs, microservices, and enterprise platform technologies.
• Architecture Standards & Governance: Establish architecture standards, reusable design patterns, governance frameworks, and technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Technical Leadership: Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, security, and application teams.
• Platform Modernization: Drive platform modernization initiatives to improve scalability, maintainability, and operational efficiency.
• Automation & CI/CD: Improve deployment automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure delivery processes.
• Observability & Performance: Enhance monitoring, observability, reliability, and performance optimization.
• Integration & Operational Readiness: Ensure seamless platform integration, production readiness, and operational excellence.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with the AWS cloud platform.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and data platform technologies.
• Knowledge of AI automation and automation-driven platform solutions.
• Expertise in platform architecture, solution design, and enterprise technology integration.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and platform modernization.
• Understanding of APIs, microservices, cloud integration, and enterprise architecture patterns.
• Strong knowledge of security, scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.
• Excellent technical leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience establishing enterprise architecture standards and governance frameworks.
• Experience with cloud-native solutions and automated infrastructure management.
• Familiarity with observability tools, monitoring frameworks, and production operations.
• Experience developing technology roadmaps and leading complex modernization initiatives.

Experience Requirements

• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in platform architecture, technical leadership, and enterprise integration.
• Strong practical knowledge of AWS, Databricks, and AI automation.
