We are seeking passionate Intervention Tutors to join a leading organisation dedicated to transforming the lives of young people. The Role

• Provide in-person, remote, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5, planning and delivering trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan lessons, report on progress, and provide regular feedback on student development.
• Work with schools and local authorities to bridge educational gaps for vulnerable learners.
• Be part of a mission to raise the standard of education for young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• A minimum of 2 years teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD experience.
• Familiarity with teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed) and two professional references.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Based in the UK with the right to work.
