Detailed Job Description:
Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex technical and functional issues, with the ability to recommend practical and sustainable solutions.
Proficient in developing and maintaining Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Technical Design Documents (TDDs), business requirements documentation, solution design artifacts, and comprehensive test scenarios.
Strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing (BI) modules, including business processes, configuration, and support activities.
Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex technical and functional issues, with the ability to recommend practical and sustainable solutions.
