Technical Support - 2pm to 10pm Shift

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of Desktop Support or Help Desk experience
• Must have hands on support experience with Windows PCs, Printers, Faxes, Scanners, and mobile devices
• Any experience with Active Directory, Office 365, Application Support, and/or Network support is nice to have
• Candidate must have excellent end user support experience and a positive attitude.
• Candidate must be comfortable with a 10pm to 6am schedule of Wed - Sun (off on Mon and Tues).
