ICT Senior Product and Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced ICT Product & Project Manager to drive the delivery and ongoing evolution of strategic technology solutions across the organisation. This permanent opportunity is suited to a professional who can successfully balance both product ownership and project delivery, ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business value while meeting operational and strategic objectives.

Working across a diverse portfolio of ICT initiatives, the successful candidate will lead the planning and delivery of software, application, transformation, and capital projects, while also taking ownership of product roadmaps, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement activities.

Location - East Melbourne

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of ICT projects across software, applications, digital transformation, and capital works initiatives.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring solutions align with organisational priorities and user needs.
• Partner with business leaders, technology teams, and vendors to define product strategy and drive successful outcomes.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and governance requirements.
• Oversee enhancements and optimisation of critical business applications and digital platforms.
• Support innovation initiatives leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps solutions where appropriate.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and change activities to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.

About You

• Proven experience in a combined Product Manager, Product Owner, Project Manager, or ICT Product & Project Manager capacity.
• Strong background delivering software, application, digital transformation, or capital projects, Power Apps.
• Experience owning or contributing to product strategy, roadmaps, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Experience working within regulated environments such as government, local council, education, healthcare, or similar sectors will be highly advantageous.
