Senior Citrix Administrator

FedTec is seeking a Citrix Administrator to support and manage Citrix environments . The role involves administration, maintenance, and optimization of Citrix systems to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient operations.
Location: Mechanicsburg, PA / Oklahoma City, OK, / Montgomery, AL/ Ogden, UT
Certification: Security+
Clearance: Secret or higher

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments.
• Monitor system performance and implement tuning for optimal reliability and efficiency.
• Manage user access, profiles, and permissions across multiple sites.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and security compliance tasks.
• Troubleshoot Citrix-related issues and support end users as needed.
• Collaborate with network, storage, and security teams to ensure smooth system operations.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and system changes.

Basic Qualifications Required Education, Certifications, Skills, and Experience :

• Experience administering Citrix environments (Virtual Apps/Desktops, XenApp, or XenDesktop).
• Experience with Windows Server administration and Active Directory integration.
• Knowledge of Citrix StoreFront, Citrix Director, and Citrix ADC (NetScaler).

• CompTIA Security+ certification (required).
