Bal Labs Hearing Center does more than provide hearing aids. We guide your brain through a structured, multi stage treatment process that helps it relearn and reconnect with the world of sound.

 

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking an exceptional Part-Time Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals. Are you passionate about providing the best patient care as part of a growing team? We look forward to learning more about you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations

  • Executes a treatment plan through excellent counseling and education

  • Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient’s needs

  • Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, and reporting

  • Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information

  • Adherence to company policies and procedures

  • May also be involved in marketing and public outreach, including community events, lunch and learns, health fairs, and senior living events

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients 

  • Masters or Doctorate in Audiology

  • Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese preferred but not mandatory

  • Active CA Dispensing license or eligible for licensure

  • Patient-centered approach with great listening skills

  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence others

  • Desire to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team of professionals

  • Flexible and adaptable; open to change and feedback

 

What We Offer:

  • Base Salary: $50-$60/hour plus commission potential
