ServiceNow Developer – HAM & Asset Management

Role: ServiceNow Developer – HAM & Asset Management
Location: Fort Mill, SC – Hybrid role (3 Days/Week)

Role Overview:
Develops and customizes ServiceNow solutions to support HAM and Asset Management processes. Builds workflows, integrations, and scoped applications to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement custom scripts, Glide APIs, and UI policies.
• Develop workflows, Flow Designer automation, and service catalogs.
• Build integrations with external systems (SCCM, procurement, finance).
• Support reporting, dashboards, and compliance automation.

Required Skills:

• ServiceNow development, scripting, and Studio expertise.
• Strong knowledge of HAM/SAM/CMDB modules.
• Experience in data normalization, reconciliation, and dashboards.

CSA + CAD certifications preferred.
