Mechanical Project Manager – D&amp;B Commercial Fit Out<br />Location: Central London (HYBRID WORKING)<br />Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + Package (DOE)<br />Are you an experienced Mechanical Project Manager looking to join a growing M&amp;E contractor delivering high-quality Design &amp; Build commercial fit out projects?<br />Our client is a well-established M&amp;E contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering mechanical installations across CAT A &amp; CAT B office fit outs, commercial refurbishments and workplace environments. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee projects valued up to £1 million.<br />The Role<br />Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple mechanical fit out projects from pre-construction through to handover.<br />Projects include:

• CAT A &amp; CAT B Office Fit Outs
• Commercial Refurbishments
• Workplace Fit Outs
• Mechanical Packages valued up to £1 million<br />Responsibilities
• Manage mechanical projects from inception through to completion.
• Coordinate design development with consultants and the in-house pre-construction team.
• Produce and manage project programmes.
• Oversee subcontractors and site teams to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Attend client and design meetings.
• Manage procurement of plant, materials and subcontractors.
• Monitor project costs and variations alongside the commercial team.
• Ensure quality standards and commissioning programmes are achieved.
• Manage project documentation, reporting and handover.<br />Requirements
• Previous experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within an M&amp;E contractor.
• Proven track record delivering Design &amp; Build commercial fit out projects.
• Experience managing mechanical packages up to £1 million.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, ventilation, public health and associated mechanical services.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred.<br />What's on Offer
