Position: SAP Project Manager with RISE

Location: Minneapolis, MN Hybrid

Type of Employment: 12+ Months Contract

Role Description:

• Experience: 10+ years of total IT/SAP project or program management experience, with at least 3 5 years specifically leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and cloud migration programs.
• RISE Expertise: Proven track record managing at least one full lifecycle RISE with SAP migration project into a private/hyperscale cloud framework.
• Methodologies: Deep proficiency in SAP Activate methodology, ASAP framework, and standard S/4HANA transition paths (Brownfield/Greenfield).
• Technical Acumen: Understanding of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), Central Finance (CFIN), system integration landscapes, and custom code remediation processes.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional executive communication, crisis/recovery management capabilities, and global cross-functional team leadership
