The Role

• Drive new business growth within an assigned territory by prospecting and qualifying leads.
• Conduct on-site assessments and present comprehensive service programs for uniforms, floor care, and facility needs.
• Develop and present tailored proposals, aiming to close multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain accurate client records and activities within the CRM system.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient customer onboarding experience.

What You'll Need

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, with a preference for backgrounds in industrial supplies or facility services.
• A proven ability to exceed sales targets and manage the full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills are essential.
• A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
• Openness to coaching and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
