Job Description

IT Support Analyst & Infrastructure Engineer

1st & 2nd Line Support, Networking and managment

Opportunity to join a UK company who are leaders in the travel sector.

Work includes:

  • 1st & 2nd line desktop support
  • Infrastructure support and management with O365, Intune, Azure Entra
  • Networking Routers and connected devices
  • Management of 3rd party suppliers

Growth opportunities within the role include

  • Azure DevOps (gain AZ 900 and upwards)
  • Applications Support (Gain skills with SQL and more)
  • Leadership of Junior
  • Lead projects delivering high business impact

Skills and experience required:

  • Strong skills with Office 365, Intune, Azure
  • Mid level Networking skills with Routers (e.g CISCO), worked with TCP/IP services etc
  • Experience with Active Directory is beneficial but not essential
  • Confidence to manage 3rd parties (e.g outsource support services)
  • Customer Support friendly
