Job Title: Project Manager Access OTDR Implementation

Location: Denver (Denver Tech Center) | On-site 4 days per week / 1 day WFH

Access OTDR Implementation
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation of Access OTDR (Optical Time Domain Reflectometer) technology across its network operations. This role will drive deployment planning, cross-functional coordination, and delivery of OTDR capabilities used to monitor and troubleshoot fiber access networks.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end implementation plan, timeline, and budget for the Access OTDR rollout.
Coordinate with network engineering, field operations, and vendor/OEM teams to align on scope, integration points, and deployment sequencing.
Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
Track and report progress to stakeholders and leadership.
Ensure testing, training, and documentation are completed prior to go-live.
Required Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in project coordination, technical project management, or engineering operations support.
Familiarity with fiber access networks and test/monitoring equipment (OTDR experience a plus).
Comfort working in a technical environment alongside software and systems engineering teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams simultaneously.
PMP certification preferred.
Strong vendor management and cross-functional coordination skills.
OTDR experience a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and at least one project or issue-tracking tool
