We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong backend expertise and leadership experience to join Best Buy s Merchandising technology team.

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience

• Strong Java/JVM-based language experience

• Strong Test-Driven Development (TDD)

• Backend development with REST, HTTP & JSON

• Strong collaboration and pair-programming experience

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain mission-critical applications

• Help modernize legacy systems into scalable distributed applications

• Contribute across backend and frontend development

• Participate in TDD, pair programming, code reviews, and Agile practices

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams and stakeholders

• Provide technical leadership and help drive engineering best practices
