Job Description
Job Description for Liferay Developer:
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain applications using Liferay DXP/Portal.
- Develop and maintain Liferay portlets, modules, widgets, themes, and components.
- Develop scalable and maintainable applications using Java/J2EE technologies.
- Work with Liferay OSGi modules, Service Builder, MVC Portlet, and Liferay APIs.
- Develop and integrate REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
- 5+ years of Java/J2EE development experience
- 3+ years of hands-on Liferay development experience
- Strong experience with Liferay DXP/Portal.
- Experience developing Liferay portlets and OSGi modules.
- Strong knowledge of Liferay MVC Portlet framework.
- Experience with Liferay Service Builder.
- Strong understanding of Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, and REST APIs.
- Experience with Spring/Spring Boot is preferred.
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web technologies.
- Experience with Angular or React is a plus.
- Strong SQL and relational database experience with databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD processes.
