Job Title: Principal MADTech Architect & Lead

Job Location: Irving, TX | Hybrid – 3 days in office

Description:

AgreeYa is global Integrator and seeking Principal MADTech Architect & Lead to drive the architectural design and hands-on implementation of a next-generation Unified MADTech Real-Time & Batch Architecture.

This role combines technical architecture, solutioning, and hands-on engineering leadership. The architect will work closely with core engineering teams, enterprise stakeholders, and strategic technology partners including Google, GrowthLoop, and MetaRouter to build real-time and batch data solutions and agentic AI workflows using the Google Cloud ecosystem and modern MarTech orchestration platforms.

Job Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in MarTech/AdTech Architecture, Cloud Data Engineering, or AI Solution Architecture.
• Deep expertise across the Google Cloud ecosystem, including:
• Cloud Spanner
• BigQuery
• Pub/Sub
• Vertex AI / Google Reasoning Engine
• Strong experience architecting and implementing real-time and batch data pipelines across Google Cloud Platform and Google Marketing Platform (GMP).
• Hands-on experience with real-time event streaming, Pub/Sub, WebSockets, and low-latency key-value/document data stores.
• Strong understanding of batch ETL/ELT pipelines and modern data architecture patterns.
• Experience designing real-time recommendation and decisioning engines using LLMs, Agentic AI, or ML models.
• Experience with MetaRouter or similar real-time tag-routing/event-ingestion platforms.
• Experience with GrowthLoop for audience membership, segmentation, orchestration, business rules, and real-time triggers.
• Ability to translate high-level business requirements into scalable technical architecture and hands-on implementation.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Optimizely and the Adobe ecosystem, including AEM/AEP.
• Experience with Google Reasoning Engine for:
• Dynamic offer prioritization
• Next Best Offer (NBO)
• Personalized campaign/content generation
• Experience working directly with technology partners such as Google, GrowthLoop, and MetaRouter.
• Experience with cross-functional technology teams supporting POS, Digital, and Assisted channels.
• Strong experience leading design reviews, technical discussions, roadmap alignment, and architecture refinement.
• Experience in enterprise-scale MarTech, AdTech, AI, and customer-data platforms.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field preferred.
