Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in Application Testing, API Testing, and Test Automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, performance, and security of enterprise applications through comprehensive testing strategies. The role requires hands-on experience with automation frameworks, API validation, test planning, defect management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing to ensure application quality.
• Validate RESTful APIs, JSON/XML payloads, request/response structures, and backend integrations.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using industry-standard tools.
• Create and execute automation test scripts for UI, API, and database validation.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects through resolution.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and DevOps teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, grooming, and retrospectives.
• Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and recommend preventive measures.
• Ensure test coverage across functional and non-functional requirements.
• Prepare test execution reports, quality metrics, and release readiness assessments.
• Support UAT activities and production deployments.
