Sr. Program Manager (Hardware) – 

Location:Santa Clara, CA - (Hybrid)  Locals

• Lead NPI and product development programs for x86 hardware appliances with global contract manufacturers.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Hardware, Software, Mechanical, Quality, Compliance, Test, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.
• Own hardware development schedules, phase gates, validation, characterization, and product release readiness.
• Lead DFM, DFA, DFT, PCBA, ECO, traceability, and manufacturing qualification activities.
• Identify and mitigate technical, schedule, quality, supply, and cost risks throughout the product lifecycle.
• Partner with suppliers and CMs on material management, cost reduction, risk buys, and commercial negotiations.
• Drive order fulfillment readiness for new SKFRUs and lead post-ramp qualification initiatives.
• Requires 8+ years of NPI/product development experience, strong program management skills, x86/PCBA knowledge, and excellent cross-functional communication.
