APD Financial Analyst

Job Description

• Monitor and report on APD expenditures, ensuring spending aligns with approved budgets, fund types, and applicable federal requirements.
• Perform detailed fund analysis and budget reconciliation, including tracking actual expenditures against approved budgets.
• Track spending by project phase, report budget status, and identify remaining balances.
• Prepare, review, and process journal vouchers related to APD and Expansion activities.
• Analyze pharmacy rebate collections and pharmacy spend, reconcile rebate receivables, and report on net pharmacy cost trends for the Expansion population.
