As an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) , youll speak with individuals who have already expressed interest in our programs. Your role is to run short qualification calls, gather key information, document outcomes, and move qualified participants to the next stage quickly and accurately.

Conduct short inbound qualification calls using a structured script
Capture accurate notes and update internal records immediately
Manage a daily queue of inbound inquiries and keep the pipeline moving
Strong communicator with a confident, friendly phone presence
~ Calm under pressure and adaptable to shifting priorities
~Experience as an SDR, call center rep, recruiter, or qualification specialist
Familiarity with CRMs, lead funnels, or structured outreach workflows
New grads and new workers welcome
