Kforce has a client that is seeking a Software Engineer in Boston, MA.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and enhance modern web applications using cutting-edge technologies
• Build scalable backend services and intuitive frontend experiences
• Develop and integrate AI-driven capabilities to improve business processes and user experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Work within cloud-based environments to support application deployment, performance, and reliability
• Contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

• 10+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong experience with modern frontend and backend technologies
• Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools and AI-powered application features
• Experience working with cloud platforms and modern development practices
• Experience building accessible and user-focused applications
• Expertise building APIs, web applications, and database-driven solutions
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• TypeScript, AWS, DevOps, Docker, and CI/CD experience
• Background in regulated industries, enterprise platforms, or workflow automation

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
