The Role

• Greet and interact positively with all customers.
• Prepare and display produce on the sales floor according to company standards.
• Stock, price, rotate, and ensure the freshness and quality of produce.
• Assist with the unloading of product deliveries.
• Provide product knowledge and assistance with weighing and preparation.
• Maintain sanitation standards in all work areas.

What You'll Need

• A friendly and outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
• Physical capacity to lift 50 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. constantly, as well as bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to read and comprehend information and directions.
• Effective communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
