SEN / SEND Tutor | Solihull, United Kingdom | Hybrid | £28 - £35 per hour

We are seeking dedicated and passionate SEN/SEND Tutors to join an innovative organisation that is making a significant impact on the lives of young people. This role offers the opportunity to work flexibly and creatively to support vulnerable learners with SEND and SEMH needs.

The Role

• Provide in-person, online, or hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEND and SEMH.
• Support pupils from KS1-KS5 under the referral of local authorities and schools.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring sessions.
• Report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Contribute to raising the standard of education for young people with diverse learning needs.

What You'll Need

• At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices and creating a safe learning environment.
• Right to work in the UK.
