We're looking for an Inside Channel Manager to develop and grow our network of resellers in Australia. Based in our Sydney office, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our presence in the region by fostering strong relationships and driving sales of our cutting-edge security technology solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

Build and nurture relationships with resellers to increase Milestone software & hardware sales.

Onboard and support new channel partners, helping them thrive in our ecosystem.

Conduct engaging online demos & webinars for resellers and customers.

Drive business growth through meaningful conversations & strategic sales calls with key partners.

Document activities and track opportunities using Salesforce CRM.

Collaborate and support the field sales teams to align strategy and maximize revenue.

Travel occasionally within your region to build relationships and support partners.

What We’re Looking For

A tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, IT, or a related field is preferred

Experience in Inside Sales or Channel Partner Management.

A background in technology, SaaS, or security solutions is a plus!

Strong communication & relationship-building skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving results.

Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a bonus).

A problem solver with a customer-first mindset.
