TSPV - Business Analyst

Job Title:
Business Analyst TSPV/TSPA Clearance
Deliver business analysis across a complex government technology environment, investigating business situations, defining requirements and acceptance criteria, and supporting high-quality ICT product delivery. This role requires full-time onsite attendance in Canberra, with no work from home.

Work Arrangement: Full-time onsite in Canberra - no work from home
Contract Duration: 12 months with possible 2 x 12-month extensions
Security Clearance Requirement: TSPV/TSPA only
Closing Date: 10.00am, 11 September 2026

Essential Tasks:

• Investigate and analyse complex business situations, processes and opportunities.
• Define requirements, specifications and acceptance criteria for ICT solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend improvements to processes and systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, architects and developers.

Key Criteria:

• Minimum 3 years' Business Analyst experience for LOR4 or 5 years for LOR5.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong capability in business situation analysis, including complex and ambiguous environments.
• Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and ability to gain agreement on recommendations.
