Mechanical Design Engineer - Building Services

We have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join a large reputable consultancy. This role is ideally suited to a motivated and ambitious mechanical design engineer who is eager to develop their career within a dynamic, high-performing environment.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will work closely with experienced engineers and project teams to support the delivery of allocated MEP projects under the guidance of the Lead MEP Engineer. You will contribute to the design, coordination, and successful execution of engineering solutions across a variety of projects.

Key Requirements A good understanding of CSM/CDM regulations and associated requirements.<br />Experience using Hevacomp and/or thermal modelling software for building services design.<br />Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and effectively.<br />A proactive, self-motivated individual who can work independently while contributing positively to team objectives.<br />The ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues across multiple engineering disciplines, promoting collaboration and embracing a strong "One Team" culture
