Strong RBAC / Role Engineering background.

Strong presentation skills to work with business stakeholders and leadership

Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).

Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) experience.

Access Certifications, Entitlement Management, and Access Request processes.

Strong business analysis and stakeholder engagement skills.

Experience working with large enterprise IAM programs.
