Job description

Maxonic maintains a close and long-term relationship with our direct client. In support of their needs, we are looking for a Smartsheet Architect.

Job Description:

Job Title: Smartsheet Architect

Job Type: Contract                                                           

Job Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Work Schedule: Onsite

Pay Rate: $74, Based on experience

Description:

Smartsheet Architect & Business Analyst designs, develops, and manages scalable Smartsheet solutions to streamline business processes, automate workflows, and improve project visibility and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain Smartsheet sheets, reports, dashboards, templates, and workspaces.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and process improvements.
  • Build automated workflows, approval processes, notifications, and system integrations.
  • Develop executive dashboards, KPI reports, and portfolio tracking tools.
  • Establish platform governance, security, data quality, and design standards.
  • Coordinate testing, user acceptance, documentation, training, and ongoing enhancements.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on Smartsheet experience.
  • Strong skills in Smartsheet formulas, cross-sheet references, automation, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, UAT, and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with integrations, APIs, Power BI, Excel, or SQL.
