Junior System Analyst

The Business/System Analyst will work as part of the larger team to gather, analyze, and organize complex information, develop business capability insights, and create clear visual stories supporting planning and investment decisions. Applications will be accepted until at least October 9, 2026.

Primary Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Learn how business architecture connects strategy, business capabilities, processes, information, people, and technology.
\n
• Assist with documenting and analyzing business capabilities, value streams, processes, organizational perspectives, and current- and future-state needs.
\n
• Support the creation of architecture models, diagrams, heat maps, presentations, and executive-ready visualizations.
\n
• Gather and synthesize information from business and technology stakeholders through interviews, workshops, research, and existing documentation.
\n
• Help identify capability gaps, overlaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities that may affect business outcomes or technology decisions.
\n
• Contribute to strategic planning, technology evaluation, application rationalization, roadmap development, and business and technology alignment activities.
\n
• Support the COMPASS engagement process by organizing inputs, performing analysis, documenting decisions, and helping communicate recommendations.
\n
• Maintain business architecture information in approved repositories and help improve the quality, consistency, and traceability of architecture data.
\n
• Use Microsoft 365, Copilot, data visualization, and modeling tools responsibly to accelerate research, analysis, and storytelling.
\n
• Participate in team discussions, architecture governance activities, and cross-functional development opportunities across the Elevate program.
\n
• Perform research and analysis related to assigned projects and efforts.

Minimum Requirements:

\n

\n
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, or Related Field.
\n
• Basic understanding of Agile frameworks and delivery.
\n
• Strong experience with O365, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
\n
• Experience with collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Mural, etc.
\n
• Strong business and technology aptitude with a willingness to learn and understand business and software solutions.
\n
• Ability to translate technology into relatable concepts for business partners and stakeholders.
\n
• Understanding of responsible use of generative AI or Copilot to support research, analysis, ideation or communication.
