The Role

• Provide individualised support and accompaniment to people with physical or intellectual disabilities in their daily lives.
• Design personalised daily structures and promote the independence of individuals.
• Carry out basic care tasks with empathy and respect.
• Respond situationally and empathetically to diverse needs.
• Collaborate closely with caregivers, educators, and family members.
• Document and share relevant observations to ensure continuity of care.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as an Educator for Social Integration and Disability Support (Heilerziehungspfleger).
• Prior experience in disability support is desirable.
• Empathy, patience, and openness in working with individuals.
• A proactive attitude towards learning and implementing new procedures.
• A strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and appreciation for others.
