Registered Nurse Manager Operating Room

• Hire, train, and mentor a dedicated perioperative team, fostering professional growth and high engagement.
• Oversee daily OR operations and quality monitoring systems to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate patient care.
• Resolve clinical issues promptly to elevate physician collaboration, staff morale, and the patient experience.
• Establish unit policies and uphold regulatory and accreditation requirements across all surgical suites.
• Direct department expenditures and manage unit resources responsibly to ensure fiscal alignment.

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education

• Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
