Production Assistant

As a Production Assistant, you will support the day-to-day production process and help ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.

You will work closely with team members across production and operations, assisting with project preparation, organization, materials, quality checks, and general workflow support.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in an environment where priorities may change throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily production activities and project preparation.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Support team members throughout different stages of the production process.
• Help ensure projects are completed according to quality standards and deadlines.
• Perform basic quality checks and identify potential issues before completion.
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient production areas.
• Assist with inventory organization and tracking of production materials.
• Follow internal procedures, safety guidelines, and company standards.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members regarding project status and production needs.
• Support additional operational and production-related tasks as needed.
