Junior Maintenance Engineer (Agriculture)

£35,000 - £40,000 + Employee Discount + Company benefits + External Training/Qualifications + Pension + 5 Days a Week

Are you a Maintenance Engineer looking to join a well-established, family-run business offering excellent training and career development opportunities?

This family-run agricultural business has been established for over 60 years and operates across a 750-hectare farm in Kent. It has grown into one of the UK's leading fruit-growing and packing companies, supplying fresh produce to retailers throughout the year.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining specialist machinery and equipment, diagnosing and resolving breakdowns, carrying out electrical safety checks, and assisting with the installation of new equipment.

This role would suit someone with a relevant qualification in Mechanical or Maintenance Engineering, or someone with experience in a food production or manufacturing environment who is looking to develop their technical skills within a well-established business.

The Role:

Electrical/Mechanical maintenance (PPM)
Maintenance of specialist equipment
Installation of new equipment
